Does any one know the number of times this has recapitalised.

I do. And each time was a disaster for the shareholders. My 50000 shares at .65 became 500 shares at 10 cents.

I even bought capital notes off these guys, to again lose everything. I once loved this stock and pdf technology.

My one big finanacial disaster. Hopefully the last.

All they have done since my time in 1999 /2000 is get new mgmt.

Ps I still hold my 500 shares at .27 cents. Go BDL
