I have highlighted this dispute since January .... roundly poo-hoo'd of course,, however now it appears the forum in general accepts there is indeed a dispute, probably with court action already commenced (20th June, Asset Seizure no less) in Senegal.
Now, if this is not 'price sensitive', I'm an Astronaut!
The DJ 'asset' has been greatly promoted and any holder relying on company PR only (there are many such holders), would believe the company is 'fully disclosed' and the 'asset' is secure, and forms part of the valuation of the stock.
I can only assume that the lack of ASX release is under legal advice... however this does not cut it with me...
The rules regarding disclosure of legal action against a listed stock are very clear...imo
I am sure FAR are well advised legally, however disclosing information on this saga via chat sites just sends further red flags flying imo.
The Soap Opera continues, as the SP slips away under weight of worry..imo.
