agmo Can someone please confim that there are 5,766,179 AGMO being traded which are to expire on 31 dec.
Is the conversion rate 1:1?
I thought 1 option was the right to buy 100 shares, but that seems ridiculous since that would neary double the amount of shares on issue.
And when (and if) the shares reach the excercise price and are in the money at what price of the underlying security are they likely to be excercised at due to a dilution factor of 9.2%.
