It's not that simple. That's why many get themselves stuck for years in a stock. The mistake I did like others here was focusing too much on that low MC and not enough research on the red valley. Management has lost credibility in the eyes of many retailers and it won't be that simple as find something good and she will shoot up to the moon. It will be a slow increase if they have found something that's worth it.
