It can stay in suspension for the next 12 months for all I care look at it this way stays in suspension then a deal can be achieved and SH get a better price or trade while this is happening I can tell you right now the SP would be trading at 5c so you would lose anyway.
Still multiple parties in negotiations might be more parties sniffing around aswell.
