    Its not a house mortgage.

    Lifecycle projects are funded completely differently. I assume you know that.
    How do you think a developer funds a project that takes 5 years until having anything to sell.
    Its all built in to the lifecycle of the project.

    This is no different, just a few unusual finance techniques here that need to be renewed.
    Thats probably why FW is in the doghouse.
