nice to hear some discussion rather than the abuse. trust me early attempts at discussion were met with abuse.
Sue has been right on many occassions, CAZ was a classic and even i noticed sue being right on GDN in the past. Its not a good idea to dismiss those who are negative without investigating why they are saying what they are saying.

When a law suit is filed, the normal thing is to make a counter claim.. agreed?
So any claim here was about the drillers not being paid and GDN claiming in a counter claim that they stuffed the drilling process...agreed?
for it not to have been litigated then they must have come to an arrangement... agreed?
The instigator is not going to give in to the counter claim... agreed?

so what is the most likely outcome?
imo GDN paid most if not all of their bill. why???
If they dont no other drilling company will come and drill for them. very strong union according to Sue12. if you dont pay your bills then dont expect another company to work for you.
