    Hi Danny,

    Not sure why it has dropped unless people bought in expecting something else.

    But take heart some big buyers hitting hard since it was back on the market.

    250k and 450k hits at 37.5 are serious buyers who have done their homework.

    Makes my dottering for 100k look silly.
