All they need is a broker report to give a valuation of $5 or so and the stock will go absolutely nuts... sounds silly but I've seen it happen before.

And yes I do think a "sell and forget" stratergy works well with these small stocks if things don't go your way. You might lose 10% or 20% which hurts but you still have 90% or 80% of your money!! Alot better than the other way around.
