Nobody seems to have considered the possibility that while the company has the results, perhaps they are holding them back until tomorrow as it was Sunday night in the US when the stock went into TH. If they'd announced the results while the US market was on weekend (sleeping) that wouldn't be particularly kind or fair to the large contingent of US investors that participated in the 14M CR a couple of years back. This way they will see the co is in TH tonight (Monday their time) and can be prepared for the results, which IMO will be released tomorrow morning pre 10 am AEST.

Just a thought.
