Stop misleading investors
I assume you weren't at a meeting last week, the deal is not subject to SQM awaiting met work , that is ridiculous and you are making that up
Definitive legals take weeks to complete , it's a complex deal
U really think SQM would risk there reputation and announce this deal to the market if the technical DD wasn't already complete , they would look quite stupid after spending millions on DD
Anyway not sure why wasting my time replying to someone with a clear downramp agenda
