Looking for input from the actual planners who know the business.
The $192,000 or $220,000 revenue from 24 practices feels really low to me. It's only $9,166 per practice.
If you consider outsourcing your review work you pay $85 for the meeting package and $129 for an ROA and $339 for an SOA.
An adviser would have 150 reviews to do so with 100 ROA's and 50 SOA's I put that spend with IAM at $30,000.
$9,166 only gets you 42 ROA's.
