    This agreement with Lanstead is what continually worries me.

    A firm on the register that profits from having a share price under a certain level.

    These guys seem to me, in my opinion, nothing more than a vulture fund. I am not completely sure what company they were involved in previously, could of been oil and gas company AKK, but they certainly did not do that share price any favours.
