I disagree with the lack of economy quote. Some African nations are very rich, yet their infrastructure is crap due to corruption and civil war. South Africa, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Mozambique etc etc are all countries that have massive mines and exports billions in diamonds, gold, oil etc. there is definitely money there.
