Hi vayama,

Markets look always forward when judging the shareprice of a company.
What a company makes today is mostly ignored but what a company is going to make in say 6 to 12 months and thereafter is the factor that will give the company the deserved Marketcap.

ADY will be no different and with now a management team leading the show which has already proven to be able to bring a project into production (being the iro nore) and who knows to make a good deal we already taken a major risk out of this company.

Having an growing income source from the iron ore is another big positive, especially since iron ore prices are once again going upwards and will be strong for some years to come.

The market will judge ADY on its earnings potential which look excellent in the medium future.

We could conservative be looking in 2009 at EPS of say 15 cts per share and give a PE of 7 we look at a share price of over $1.

But since the Rincon Salar seems to keep replenishing itself we could give probably a much higher EPS to the share price.
Nothwithstanding that the cost of extracting the Lithium is much cheaper then mining a resource like copper or nickel ect.

ADY is a beauty and as time goes on and we get nearer to production this company will carry a shareprice that it deserves.

Once ADY is in production Lithium will be in very high demand and with the sale price attachted to it ,if we have to believe the various analysts.
