ADO paid €19.7m (including the earn out). They still owe €9.3m plus some interest, less the amount paid in shares ? They also have to repay the $1m loan.

DIAsource grew revenue and EBITDA in 2016, therefore I was hoping that they would be able to sell it for more than they paid, but now that DIAsource appears to have stopped growing, I am not confident anymore.

DIAsource had EBITDA of €3.5m in 2016. I would hope that they would get at least 4 times EBITDA, which would be €14m. If they did they could clear approximately €4m ?
