I have just been looking through a magazine called best seller, properties that were $76000 3 years back are now $220,000
$150,000 now $380,000

This is a joke beyond all common sense and belief.

Rise interest rates rise, smash this real estate con once and for all, burn the suckers so I can laugh at all the greedy pricks getting burnt.
