Peewee and others, yes you are correct that larger scale trials will need to be done but the initial trails were more than just positive indications of what this drug can do.
Look at the crap pfizer bring out which kills people and has side effects - thats why they take forever to get to market. Then you have solagran completing trials which much better initial results and no side effects whatsoever - except the "positive side effects".
If you go to the AGM slide show youll notice the concentrations of dloichol in the body. Then if you google to search the imporance of dolichol in the body you will soon appreciate what SLA is all about with the dolichol equivalent known as polyprenol.
