    It seems to not matter how many ARQ shares are purchased, more sellers just keep on arriving hitting the price down or placing sell offers on screen.

    Regularly when ARQ appears likely to move these sellers quickly hit the highest bid and often a lower bid..

    It just doesn't seem to stop!!
