Since this time last year till now, we have added approximately 30% to 33% additional shares to the share registry (from around 1.2 billions to around 1.6 billions)
For most of last year, we had a major 60c resistance line and if 33% dilution is applied, that would bring that resistance line back to 0.6 * 0.67 = 0.402 dollar.
In my opinion, this is why have have strong resistance at around 40c mark now.
Does charting take into account of dilution and market cap ?
