Lynas Corporation Ltd (ASX:LYC, OTC:LYSDY) is pleased to announce that the bondholders have converted a portion of their convertible bonds from debt into equity. The value of the bonds converted is US$25,000,000. Combined with the announcement earlier today of the closure of the restricted cash accounts, today’s announcements represent a reduction of US$40,000,000 in Lynas’ debt facilities.
