example of corporate diligence tox holdings

when i was offered the prospectus of tox holdings i couple years ago,
i did object on the ground of pratice research
any how the float went a head, as i recall at 40 cents per shares
2 months ago , i did target TOX at 2 cents as stock at bottom, with a comment saying read balance sheet before you touch
last trade 1.5 cents
i do not own that stock, but will screen it!
