What's the chance this seller/manipulator/capper you mention with 15k of shares (approx only $1000 worth for context) is also the "accumulator" who has been buying since the beginning of July?
I note volume today was double the average and the share price closed on a high. Looks to me if this is a pump it is still pumping! Where will it end? 10 cents? 12? 20???
