Just to add, this management has been one of the best, if not the best, of all the 50+ specs I've invested in, that have actually kept to their timelines. I've been in this company for a few years, and they nearly always are on time, or have a good excuse, that "one time they were late".

This is new science, accuracy counts, so if they need another week then I'm happy to give it to them. Check their history.

To say "I just don't have faith in management if they cannot even manage such event." means you don't know the management track record.
