Yes you are right but take a look at yesterday's announcement again...
The deal has been done and orders already received?
So don't you think the deal was completed at least a week or so ago for them to have already received orders?
But strangely it was only announced yesterday.
Sometimes the board meet to sign off on the wording of the announcement and they may not be able to meet right away. Further it is the ASX that deem if the announcement is price sensitive or not.
This deal was only for 686 chemists... Only an extra 10% penetration over what they already have. So is it really price sensitive? The market didn't think so as the price of MVP didn't change yesterday.
