My hunch is and has always been, that there is a power struggle between Jeff (and our advisors) for control and the 'TSI guys', who want consolidation.
There may well be other opportunities that have great merit (I'm sure there are).
Unlike some though, I cannot trust anyone, when shareholders the current owners of the business are in the dark.
There must be some information that can be made public (by our public company!).
In time, the share price will speak for its self.
