They didn't kick out the founder - DW requested to step down from his Executive responsibilities and is still involved as a Non-Executive Director.
It seems to me that the Board has been asking the right questions over the past few weeks and has taken action to change the strategic direction of the Company based on a review of their product.
They are also hiring talent to enable them to bring development in house rather than outsourcing development. I assume the reason for targeting young talent would be that they are cheaper and would prevent them from blowing the remaining cash on expensive staff while not having a viable/revenue generating product.
So in light of all this - when you stand up at the AGM, what additional steps are you going to ask the Board to make to improve the Company?
