Maybe thinking of os investors as one homogenous block isn't quite correct. I imagine the re are several different classes of os investors, just as there are here. The buy and holds, the momentum players, the yield chasers, the currency based asset plays, the m&a players, etc etc.

The yield players from low currency countries must love xjo, the momentum players would be looking for better plays, the m&a guys are probably elsewhere atm, etc etc
