OK, last time.
The performance shares are not included in the MC at the moment, they are non existent shares as the performance target to trigger them has not yet been met. If and when they are triggered the shares on issue will rise by 36m, so 61.8m +36m =97.8m shares on issue.
Currently ESE is valued at 61.8m x .18=$11.124m
Still way over valued imo. They listed with a valuation of $12.3m when they stated they would have ~$600k aud in sales be end of June 2017. When in fact they achieved $25k!
Epic fail and epic overvaluation. It was all their too see at 32c, did anyone besides me actually look into all these companies they have announced deals with? and see how small their revenue bases are?
