Just my own views...nothing slanderous intended
I think the #1 issue likely was, the now departed CEO likely had the talent...maybe not the focus.....why so, who knows - it may simply be for genuine "personal reasons" ie, family etc. To the right person, IMC presents itself as a goldmine opportunity, to build a nextgen gorilla, based on a unique "basic" technology platform.....but they HAVE to be feet on the ground and passionate! Just my thoughts.....long-term, good buying opp....IMO.....
IMC deserves some motivated, hands on, passionate leadership......
