"To all my North American medical friends and contacts. I'll be embarking on a US lecture tour to demonstrate the principles for use and monitoring of the Biodegradable Temporising Matrix (BTM) I designed for the management of major burn injuries. I will be focussing on the outcomes achieved in 17 burn patients, 5 extremely complex surgical wounds (necrotising fasciitis) and 35 free flap donor site reconstructions. Unfortunately, my time in August is short and the itinerary is set - Sacramento on 21st, Salt Lake City on 22nd, Galveston on 23rd, Memphis on 24th, Los Angeles on 25th, New York on 28th and Boston on 29th.
