Glad you noticed.

Some of the office trusts pay a nice div but this one is EVERY QUATER.

I am convinced it takes a couple of years of research to find these pearls.Nobody taps me on the head and points me to several companies like this.

We all want 20% return overnight but if we keep $15k aside in these types of shares we may have enough to pay for a small vacation every year or help a youngster get a better education.Even better still is to compound the money or purchase more shares with the div.every quater over a few years.

IIF has paid a steady income for nearly 10 years.The fact they pay every quater has impressed me.
