I'm unsure if its management's lack of competence or more so the complex nature of lithium brine production. Joe Lowry (like you, a harsh critic of ORE) has commented:
FMC, a world class producer with presumably world class management, is facing similar problems in their expansion. I believe ORE's management are on the brink of nameplate production and then we have 40 years of production ahead. The knowledge they have gained is going to be priceless going into phase II and should go relatively smoother (no doubt there will be problems but that is life).
Go find me a "different management" team that has brought a lithium resource into production in the last 20 years on time and on budget.
