I agree with you JCC in that I would not be surprised if we did not see a follow up announcement for a month or maybe even two. I don't wish to sound like a cynic but I think some people need to read the following statement closely;

SMS expects to provide complete, and final, details regarding the execution of this extremely important, and “company-making”, agreement to the market in the immediate near-term.

The key word being "expects". It is probably fair to say that at the time of the conference call last year the CFO did genuinely expect the deal to be closed "well before the end of the year", (we certainly hope so anyway), yet here we are. If the wait does prove to be longer then we would obviously see another big retrace, and likely managements credibility would be shot completely (IMO).

I am a big fan of the tech, but after holding for 18 months, and being disappointed before, I am not getting too excited just yet. Whilst it is fun to start adding up future earnings I also don't think the announcement will reveal too much in terms of monetary value. Just my opinion. GLTAH
