well what you say is correct but there is something else you should remember it is NOT allways the management,
eg, apg worst management socalled at 2c and not it's 13c it's the projects that matter,
i was speaking to the project manager of thr and the ann looks good,
patience will pay out, just be willing to wait,
mls last week was called a bad company and now?
it's how the market portrays them,
