Correct me if I'm wrong but back on Friday the 27th of october (AEST time)Rinker released a statement worded very simarlaly to Paladin's saying that they were not aware of an approach by Cemex toacuire the company.
Friday 27th (New York time) Cemex made a foraml offer.
Monday Rinker opened up 25%
Who's to say this will not happen
