The announcement is a bit vague. Who is considered to be eligible shareholders? And is there a ratio between the number of shares held and the number of shares that can be purchased for example 3 to 1. It sounds like anyone can have choice to purchase $15000 worth of shares even if they hold just $200 worth of existing shares. I guess they will provide more documents relating to the detail of the SPP.
