Interesting to see the 4% jump in the Northern Star share price on the back of the well received update of reserves and resources. NST [ market cap $2.8bn] and 10million ozs in resources versus BDR [ market cap $234 and 4 million ozs in resources.
Of course any gold company willing to put out a 10 year production profile forecasting production growth from 525K ozs to 750K ozs within 4 years must attract attention.
So maybe the chairman meant it when he said 2017 was the transformation year for Beadell.
Management could provide a guide as to which precise locations will drive the forecast 200K production in 2018.
