Not sure Names, I wouldn't think we would see a Change In Director Interest form until the note has been converted and the shares have actually been issued. In this case it is just a loan at the moment and shares may never get issued if VRC pays it back.
The relevant 07/07/2017 3B states "potentially to issue ordinary shares" so they haven't been issued yet.
Time will tell I suppose.
