Could this be the "Solicitor Effect" combined with the "Exuberance Factor" combined with? Look guys and gals we know what gives..they are now stalling for time as strategically imho there were some actions excluded from the strategic plan. The main one that comes to mind is "forgetting" to create a full wide reaching set of test and trial outcomes in the first place. Now we play catch up as the possible clients are now ham strung until the results are through. Effectively they have left over 70% of the possible USA State DOT's out of the equation for another 15 months (or more). No wonder they have carved the production capacity by 60%! If they knew the product was a winner then why exclude these tests? Expense...I don't buy that. We have ripped up $6m due to the delay in the 1st production facility. Just 10% take up in those other states would be a great thing...if Georgia manages to buy $2.5 m this next 12months (mu guess) then 5 more clients would have more than covered the yearly burn and a profit would have been the result. My take only and may be way off beam...think about it all the fed trials completed and the A class trials done and dusted too. How would that look now? After all, they said that their main thrust was for highway repairs and new surfaces. That failure (for whatever reason) has been the sales killer IMHO.
