i dumped one ppty 6 months ago and just instructed my solicitor to draft contracts for the other two. im pulling up stump hopefully before xmas.
this ppty bubble will explode next year and will be a catastrophe as money is so "loose". its scary when u talk to a few ppl and learn that anybody and everybody is getting a loan to buy i.e. unemployed, those with no money where brokers lend over 100% bla bla bla
and u know its definitely a bubble when ray martin's ACA has a story on pppty every night
