Denny, this is still a mystery to me!, The first MacB bid was early November @ 17.5 cents...which was rejected.
Next bid was early March @ 20 Cents..and recommended by board via SOA.

What law was saying that between November 2016 & March 2017..CTP could not do anything other than sitting on their hands?...ie Raise capital like all the rest of the junior O&G companies we doing very successfully!.. It just seems like a negotiated subservience to Macquarie Bank..and a lot of long lunches for one and all at CTP over an extended holiday period.
