Mate...I am aware of the past and where share price is...but what you are clearly not seeing, or seeing and not wanting to convey seeing, is major (POSITIVE) changes being made...
Feel free to disagree on the above point but to be frank I don't need an explanation of past mistakes as share price tells me that. Dude seriously wake up and understand these past major issues are being addressed....yeh so what if late or whatever but being addressed...holy moly.....
The question you have to ask yourself is would you invest in this spec stock at this point in time at this current market cap and share price...not where it was 12 months ago....as mate that time has passed and stock price beaten up with positive changes now coming.....
If you hold and still focussed on the past I suggest you sell or just switch off because...nah don't care.....
