You don't need a independent reviewer to come in and tell them that.
You just cut your salaries and set an example to reduce cash burn , preserve cash discharge the SP killing CN. And stop doing stupid dilutive issues like the idiotic options issue after a 1:2 consolidation. Madness
That can be done today not a day later.
