The very high premium grade zinc oxides sell at a premium to the metal value.
In this case the Zn & Pb sulphides are high grade but will be combined with the jv tailings low grade concentrate this will lift the overall grade ( a 70% Zn/Pb combined grade) to make it more marketable ( I am assuming this will show a better return than selling the higher grade as a seperate lot ) hence the overall discount from metal value should be minimal.
