Hey dgoynich, think you may have potential to do interviews on TV mate .... lol, articulate questions and answers.
Throw some thoughts out there: 1) what is said here is perhaps something many of us weren't fully aware of, I.e, time, money and probality of success. Remember a poster saying why can't this be fast tracked, got several thumbs up, I briefly said much of what WP said, wasn't popular ... lol.
What isn't mentioned here is why did the company thus go ahead with the R&D knowing it would be a long, expensive exercise. Answer was perhaps that compelling results would result in it being partnered up and funded accordingly.
2) The most important point made here, imo, is "we are reviewing alternate funding models at the moment .... ". This unfortunately leaves clarification on the immunotherapies division still up in the air.
3) From references in 1) "Reality check", would this also not apply to R&D to this area too? Time, expense and probable chances of success. In view of 2) and 3), will they be spun off or not?
In ref to spinning off: The important comment here, imo, "I believe they need to be self funded (and we are active in helping them on this part"). Still up in the air, postive they have been actively seeking this, perhaps still a ways to go.
The next point, ref lack of understanding as to what resources are required, think, imo, most of us on HC are "very aware " of this for some time now .... lol.
4), 5), and 6) not much too comment on.
7) Great commentary on the restructuring. With the addition of new appointees they will be on stage and on notice, hopefully with expertise that will benefit Admedus and long suffering shareholders! Bit disturbing at the minute is the comment "we are still very much understaffed given the global scale of our operations", with staff costs already high it will be a fine tuned balancing act between hiring extra staff and getting a roi.
Of interest the comment "its possible by that stage we will have identified an M&A target ...", think, imo, probably a merger the more advantageous to Admedus (acquisition being a capital outlay maybe too soon).
Another strong comment "I am personally very excited by the sheer scale of our commercial opportunities ... ", Note here for Mr s, only one 'very' .....lol.
8) and 9): not much I can comment on.
10) The $64 000 question, wonder how much behind the scenes work is going on here, if any. Dual listing, or just the NASDAQ? Most relevant comment "".... it's a fact that valuations are much higher on the NASDAQ for companies like ours and the investment pool is much deeper", combine that with the new appointees who have global experience and contacts ..... , sure if we do list in the States it will be for compelling reasons and the advancement of admedus prosperity.
11) and 12): not much to comment on here.
