First contact is very important. From your account I'm not sure GS gets that.
The time has past for EDE to be run on an oily rag. That's fine during product development but we are deep into the marketing phase now and time to dilute the register slightly, raise $25m or so and attract a top shelf executive or 2 that can drive this thing with cash to use.
