That's what I take issue with if it is Gem, and JPM Ch & Co. are going to act for them.

JPM were a major sh holder, and if they had to dump to be able to act for Gem, and that dump was timed beautifully to trash the sp approx 28% in 4 or 5 days (lets say 70 to 50), then I'd like to know if this is something ASIC could investigate!
