If I was going to do what you have just done I would of said "NPV off SS figures".

I see what you're saying though, we can only base off what we have and what we know. That is completely fair. From the figure you have calculated BGS looks to trading at a 75% discount to it's NPV. That is still much more than powerhouses AJM and PLS.

As for KDR and SQM, they are known as BRINE producers and have now entered into hardrock, so much is still unknown. KDR still haven't released costings because many expect they will be high. I do like KDR's approach though to bring in a major! hopefully BGS does the same.

You made an interesting comment with regards to the NPV the other day, suggesting that you would not accept a sale price below the NPV? Given your approach you would be happy with a sale price of $166 million correct?

Anything else is just numbers in the air aren't they?

If the PFS comes out with an NPV of $166mil, then I would reluctantly accept a buyout offer at this stage, but I would be surprised if the more diehard BGS fans would ever let that happen. I think the share price may take a hit too, considering the inflated sh expectations at this time. We would still have the gold tenements and $5-6 million in cash.
