As a long term holder of TMR after the merger announcement and after researching IBR I purchased a sizable number of IBR .
I half felt that the deal was fair value and half felt it wasnt.
I took up half the offer for my IBR shares and held out on the other half. Some may say wanting both sides of the offer but I still believe that TMR are going to offer the remaining IBR holders a better deal just to get them off the books and clean up the ledger.
I have held TMR shares for over 18 months since way before SMO.
I believe we will see a lot more upside with a clarification and settlement of the remaining IBR shares.
